The Agile Fundamentals – Part 8

Early deliverable’s and quick wins for swift Feedback

In agile, the product is delivered in small increments after the completion of each cycle. The business can has a taste of the project as early as once the first cycle is completed. This way, the project development team is capable of getting feedback from the business regarding the project. The feedback should be about adherence to the previously agreed requirements. The business is able to spot any errors in the project as early as possible. It is from there that the project development team will be able to make changes to the project for quick wins.

Regular incremental Development for continuous enhancements

In agile, the project development team can do continuous enhancements on the project, and the result of this will be a high-quality project. Once the first deliverable is released to the business or to the users, they are able to identify areas which need to be improved and the project development team will work on that. Each deliverable can be tested for quality and correctness in the presence of potential users. These users are able to identify any weaknesses in the system or any failure to adhere to the project scope and requirements. With this, the development team will work on such weaknesses so as to enhance the quality and correctness of the project.
