The Agile Fundamentals – Part 7
Complete Business involvement throughout the process
In Agile, the business or the owner of the project is involved throughout the process. This means that they can closely monitor the progress of the project as it is being developed. Due to the increased involvement of the business, there is a greater feeling of ownership of the project and the final product will be acceptable.
Reduced time to market for competitive advantage
With agile, the marketing of the product can begin as early as possible. In fact, marketing of the product can begin the first iteration is release. With agile, it becomes possible for you to pick some features of the product and work on them, test and weigh. This product is then shown to the business for a comment. You can then go ahead and release this subset to the market. This means that at the end of each cycle, you will get customer reviews, meaning that you will only take a shorter time to market your final product.
