Using the Agile Manifesto to Deliver Change – Part 11
The Vision Behind the Agile Manifesto
What is the Agile Manifesto comprised of?
The Agile Manifesto is not some lengthy work, discussing the entirety of software development styles. It consists of just the basics, notably four “values”. Beyond these simple conditions, the individual group must apply the values in a way that works for their own development environment. This document will mainly focus on the core values that comprise the Agile Manifesto.
